Hello, I'm
Delphine Pastore.
As one of the nation's leading BS/MD consultants, I have spent almost a decade helping students earn admission to some of the most selective combined medical programs in the country. Through strategic advising, individualized mentorship, and a deep understanding of the BS/MD admissions landscape, I have guided hundreds of students and families through this highly competitive process.
Born and raised in France, I earned my degree at the University of Strasbourg before moving to the United States more than two decades ago. My experience as both a high school educator in New York and college adjunct professor in Colorado sparked a lifelong passion for helping students discover their strengths and achieve exceptional outcomes.
My expertise in BS/MD admissions began with my own daughter's successful journey through the process, culminating in three direct medical school acceptances, including admission to Brown University's prestigious PLME program. Through that experience, I gained firsthand insight into what distinguishes successful applicants in one of the most competitive admissions pathways in higher education. I quickly recognized that exceptional grades and test scores alone are not enough. Success requires strategic planning, meaningful clinical and service experiences, authentic personal branding, compelling storytelling, and the qualities admissions committees seek in future physicians.
Today, based out of Phoenix, Arizona, I work directly with students and families from coast-to-coast across the United States and internationally, helping them build competitive profiles, develop physician-aligned experiences, craft compelling applications, and prepare for high-stakes interviews. Unlike large consulting firms, every student works directly with me throughout the entire process. There are no junior advisors, no handoffs, and no generic formulas, only personalized guidance tailored to each student's unique strengths and goals.
Having successfully mentored hundreds of aspiring physicians, I understand both the strategic complexities of BS/MD admissions and the emotional investment families make along the way. My mission is to provide the expertise, structure, and individualized support students need to maximize their opportunities and achieve extraordinary outcomes.
